As a member of the Sports and Outdoors Squad, you will be awarded points for participating in surveys, discussions and polls that can be redeemed for gifts cards online. Our invitation for each survey or other activity will state the number of points to be awarded for participation. To redeem your points, simply select the "Redeem" button found on the "Rewards" page. Yes, community members can opt-out by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the website to cancel their membership. Alternatively, members can submit a request via the Contact Us form or send an email to support@TheSOSquad.com.

On average, you will be sent a survey invitation about once or twice per week. There will also be new quick polls and discussions posted to the site every month.

You are welcome to take part in as many surveys and discussion forums as you like.

On average, our surveys are approximately 10-15 minutes; however, some can be as short as 5 minutes and others can be longer than 15 minutes. All surveys and activities are completely voluntary and we let you know the approximate length of the survey in the invitation so you can plan accordingly. As well, surveys can be stopped and restarted later from where you left off if you are in a hurry.
